Homero is broadly interested in computational neuroscience, holding a BSc in Computer Engineering from ITA in Brazil, as well as two Master’s degrees: one in Computational Neuroscience from the University of Oxford in the UK, and another in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego. He has extensive research experience in artificial and biologically plausible neural network modeling and reinforcement learning.
